RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Fluxy Finds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds:
Once your return is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges:
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement when available.
